  Dreadful... hired (blunt) concrete saw, which meant another trip to the store.. replacement machine would not start. Concretor held up...money was not given back when 2nd machine returned...but business must be good if u can get away with this service I was surprised to get an acknowledgement of this post via mail ! Glad it was read but disappointed no refund or part thereof was enclosed. I did read the entire lecture. We hired on advice from a professional concretor... so therefore if the wrong size had been hired, our fault. The gentleman wasn't concerned" because these things happen , so he tried again to get a saw for the job. To no avail. The info in your note is very handy, something we, of course would not know.. thus a bit of that advice at the time of hire would have been better. Somehow he didn't get that you were feeling sorry for his dilemma. a loud chap did tell him he was a builder and knew about these things. It too may be on audio....but thank you for not charging extra for the larger saw.
